I, MICHAEL KAY GREEN, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, DO HEREBY DECLARE AND SAY:

I am the sole author of the internet trilogy known as, “The Family’s Trilogy of Terror” (Wildfire, 44 and Eye of the Tiger). I am also the author of the internet document, Charlie Wilson’s War (or, To Catch A Predator). During the 1990s and beginning in 1993, I am also the ‘Michael’ who wrote a series of research papers that became widely and loosely known as the real so-called ‘Pelican Brief’. My research and writings were and are dedicated to the purpose of exposing a terrorist jihadist network growing within (cancer) and without, which calls itself by the name, THE FAMILY, aka, FRIENDS & FAMILY or historically, the so-called ‘posse comitatus’ of shadowy fame; and which is Latin for ‘pool of the people’, or a better translation for our purposes, ‘society of secrets’ or ‘secret society’ (SS).

I exposed The Family’s network the same way criminal networks are exposed the world over—by sending documents down the ‘pipe chase’ their way; and then watching where they stopped and how the documents were then used. What the network is, is a very tight-knit worldwide conglomerate of corporations (and their tightly controlled media outlets) and people (‘pool of the people’), dedicated to total economic and political control of what they call ‘their herd’ (the mass of humanity); by means of terror (the 3Rs) leading to CHAOS, and ultimately to what they refer to as ‘reform’, translation: More laws, fewer freedoms and tighter government control (‘…as sheep to be slaughtered, ‘—Psalm 44).

It is The Family’s agenda and policies being served by our government, our military, our judiciary and our intelligence/law enforcement apparatus, not the will of ‘WE THE PEOPLE’. Until you understand and can comprehend the enormity of this single over-arching fact and total reality, you will remain in darkness and blind to what is really going down, and why.

WE, this country, are now over nine (9) trillion dollars in debt—and let that sink in. OUR economy is long-past bankrupt, and in total shambles. We have no economy to ‘stimulate’; we have no economy to ‘jump-start’, WE ARE BANKRUPT. Your political leaders—not yours, but Family owned—are lying to you, and smiling at you while they do it. You know the old joke, ‘Can I have a kiss with that and a smoke afterwards?’ WE, the people of this country, exist for only one purpose: To provide The Family with a military, and the capital to finance it. WE are their war making machine.

Any so-called ‘stimulus package’ is a whitewashed tomb, and designed with one purpose in mind, to keep you spending money that YOU DO NOT HAVE. Look around, take the blinders off, and STOP allowing yourself to be manipulated. Do you honestly believe that that so-called ‘rebate’ check will end the deficit? Bring our troops home? Fix our roads, bridges, hospitals, schools and airports? Stop inflation and increase wages? End falling real estate prices and cure the falling dollar? Is that what you honestly believe?

OUR largest banks are being ‘floated’ by foreign capital (international corporate cartels, i.e., ‘family’), without which the doors would close. WALL STREET (the Wall Street you see on television) is being floated by 401(K) accounts—yours by the way—which long-term, are probably not worth the paper that they were printed on (SEE; Savings & Loan scandal under Regan/Bush 41; especially Silverado S&L; Enron, Texas Power/the ‘R’ word recession, etc…). And now their answer is to do what? To give you a ‘rebate’? A check? Where you can then turn right around and hand it back to the very corporations that have sucked our treasury dry? Starting in the 1980’s under Reagan and Bush 41, and now ending in Iraq? This ‘Just In’, the troops are not coming home. They never had any intention of bringing our troops home. IT HAS ALL BEEN A LIE. From beginning to end, A LIE! Their media—The Family controlled media—lied and created a lie, to get us into Iraq, and they are lying to you still. We are never leaving Iraq. We are morally, politically, and financially BANKRUPT! End of story. Look at the new embassy in Baghdad. That is the largest government building since Berlin in the 1930’s under Hitler. Again, for the blind and paralyzed among you: They have lied to you; are lying to you; and will continue to lie to you. Our troops are not coming home and they never had any intention of bringing them home. The Democrats have passed every funding bill. Please, just stop being so blind. It is one thing to lack knowledge and thus understanding. It is another thing to be stupid.

When you see the rats start to jump ship, and that is what this so-called ‘rebate’ means—the rats are leaving the ship—it is time for YOU and your family, the people you care about, to find dry land. Up until just a couple of weeks ago, they were still telling you that everything was fine—buy, buy, buy; invest, invest, invest! Remember? Well I got some news for you and you will soon find out that this is true, everything is not fine. ‘Global Warming’ is real, and the end of this country is near. IT IS ALREADY TOO LATE. Nothing can be done to reverse ‘Global Warming’; we are in Iraq to stay. BUT individually, you—meaning each of you—can save your family, and still secure a future. As long as you know your history, understand the past, and know what is most assuredly coming. ‘Something wicked this way comes.’ And if you have a so-called ‘401 (K)’, GET OUT! Or hold a bonfire ceremony in your back yard. That is how much it will be worth long-term.

What now follows is my testimony on the set of circumstances, events and facts that first led me to ‘discover’ the existence of a network known as The Family (and their 17 children). If what I am about to swear to under penalty of perjury were not true, I would have long since been guilty of a whole host of federal and state perjury and obstruction charges. The fact that I am able to write this today, 15-years later, tells you that everything you are about to read is a true and exact representation of what began 15-years ago in Everett (Snohomish County), Washington.

In 1992, while awaiting trial in the Snohomish County Jail (Everett, WA), I was approached by a Snohomish County informant with a rather extraordinary tale to tell, regarding public corruption surrounding high-profile cases in that county—and my case was very high-profile (for the purposes of this affidavit, I will not use personal names unless absolutely essential to the facts contained herein, out of concern for individual safety). Because of corruption surrounding my case, this individual offered his help. He had me contact both the then F.B.I. Director, William Sessions, and also the head of public corruption investigations in the Western Region for the F.B.I… That was in January 1992. During February 1992, the informant also sat down with my defense investigator and gave a taped deposition for the F.B.I., expressly intended for their Western Regional office in Denver. Both my attorney at the time and the investigator, would later try to talk me out of using that taped deposition at trial. They called its use, ‘dangerous’.

Shortly after the informant gave that deposition for the F.B.I., at evening mail call for my jail pod, I received an envelope from OLYMPIC MENTAL HEALTH in Everett (the caption read ‘Building A Healthy Community’). Inside the envelope was a ‘network’ flier, in advance of a meeting that was to take place the very next week at a local hotel in Monroe, Washington. The invitation read: ‘come network with friends.’ The flier contained hospitals, schools, churches, daycares and of course people from the mental health community.

I noticed a disturbing pattern in the flier. All the high-lighted portions had exactly three (3) ‘R’s in the wording: CONSPIRACY FOR CHILDREN; EARTHQUAKE PREPAREDNESS; REFORMED CHURCH; etc…It was then that I felt a chill run through me. The words: ‘Conspiracy for Children’ still haunts me to this day; people, a network, conspiring for the minds—the mental health—of other people’s children, CHILLING! And also: THE REAL WORLD, not the virtual world that you see each day through your television set.

Soon after, my attorney informed me that the F.B.I. had assigned an agent to investigate our public corruption complaint. Through my attorney, the F.B.I. agent made an appointment to interview both myself and the informant, but the agent never showed. Instead, in April 1992, that agent as the lead investigator in a February 1991 armored truck robbery in Lynnwood, Washington (Snohomish County) led a S.W.A.T. team raid on the residence of Larry and Robin Pratt. During the raid, a Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputy placed the end of the barrel of his sub-sonic, flash-suppressed HK MP5-SK2 against Robin Pratt’s head, while she knelt to cover and protect her young child, and pulled the trigger, killing Robin Pratt instantly. My trial judge was the judge who signed the order for the S.W.A.T. team raid. My prosecutor was the prosecutor who had submitted the order to the judge. My investigator, the one who had made the taped deposition with the informant, became the Pratt’s investigator in a wrongful death lawsuit. After the day of Robin Pratt’s execution, my investigator never came to see me at the jail again. Not once. Kind of says it all, doesn’t it?

Later, I was approached by off-duty Lynnwood Police Officers, while alone in my jail cell. It was then that I found out most of the story. The Pratt’s were totally innocent of the armored truck robbery, and everyone on the Lynnwood Police force had known that all along. According to these officers, it was ‘common knowledge,’ and the S.W.A.T. teams raid a ‘sham’. The entire police force was under threat to keep silent or else. The two shooters/robbers were known to the F.B.I., prior to the raid on the Pratt’s. They are the MARSHALL Brothers, at that time out of Las Vegas. After the killing of Robin Pratt, files in connection with the robbery investigation and the two brothers were destroyed, and officer’s jobs and families threatened, if they did not keep silent (the so-called, ‘Blue Wall’). Why those officers came to me with the information remained a mystery until 2006.

During the remainder of 1992 and up to my trial in 1993, I contacted every state and federal entity that I could think of, also including bar associations and civil rights organizations. I contacted both the state and federal attorney general; I contacted the Senate Judiciary Committee, under then Chairman, Joseph Biden; I contacted the F.B.I.; I contacted The White House under Clinton, but after the murder of Robin Pratt, no one did anything, and no one intervened. Everyone who had to know in the media knew what had happened. Everyone at the state and federal level in government, who had to know, knew exactly what had gone down and why, AND THEY DID NOTHING; NO ONE DID ANYTHING. SILENCE!

The President came to Snohomish County all right, in February 1993 he came. Along with the President, also came the freshman Senator from the State of Washington, Patty Murray, to who Senator Edward Kennedy (as a member of the Judiciary Committee), had referred my cry for help. They came to Snohomish County all right. Four-days later, also came the first attack upon the World Trade Center (3Rs), by a Ryder Truck (3Rs) (SEE: Ryder Street, London, home of British Intelligence). To be followed almost immediately (only two-days later), by the attack at Waco by ATF agents (SEE: Chicago, the so-called ‘Secret Six’, ‘SS’; and the roots of the ATF and secret anti-government training centers within the borders of the U.S.). The day before that first attack upon the World Trade Center, the headline on the front page of the Everett Herald (Snohomish County) read: ‘3Rs + Reform’. TERROR has exactly 3Rs . In the wake of the attack, the cry for ‘reform’ echoed across the land, a cry to reform archaic laws that, quote, ‘Prevented law enforcement agencies like the ATF, like the F.B.I., like their British counter-parts, from being able to effectively deal with the modern world of terror.’ I hope that this is starting to sound familiar; can you spell ‘Patriot Act’? 3Rs: Schools, children, NETWORK! (SEE ALSO: 1994, ‘Contract For America’, and ‘reform’.)

I dedicated the next few years of my life to finding out just what this ‘network’ of ‘friends’ represents; what they are all about besides terror = reform, and just how deep the 3Rs would take me down the rabbit hole. It took me all the way to Nazi Germany (Who funded the war and why?) and eventually to the assassinations of both Kennedy brothers. Schools, children, Bush 43 sitting in a FLORIDA classroom, reading from a schoolbook to children; 38-years earlier, President John F. Kennedy, shot from the six-floor window of the TEXAS Schoolbook Depository. One network; one goal: TOTAL CONTROL. I have a saying: The Family has both a right-hand and a left-hand, and it knows how to use them both, but is by nature, right-handed. (The Nazi Party in Germany was more or less just an extreme extension of the Republican Party here in the United States—the true Republican Party un-cloaked, without all the ‘straight talk’.)

For those of you who have read 44 and other writings of mine, I am not a so-called, ‘anti-Semitic’. In most cases, that is a term that gets leveled at people who stray to near the truth, and I go where the facts lead. Oswald would have had a very public trial, where all the facts could have come to light. But instead, he was himself assassinated—silenced—by a Jew. That is a fact. Robert Kennedy was assassinated by a man who spent much of his life in Palestine (Israel). Those are the facts, and they are indisputable. Where the facts lead, I follow. The same business interests that directed Oswald to the Texas Schoolbook Depository, also helped to finance the German SS. Those are the facts, and they are indisputable. And those same interests, invariably led to ‘The Final Solution’ and the modern state of Israel. Those are the facts, and they are indisputable.

After the war, when people like me got to near the truth, instead of being labeled as ‘anti-Semitic’ or a ‘terrorist’, they were labeled a ‘communist’, and hauled before the HUAC (House Un-American Activities Committee).

THIS IS REALITY: After the war, James Stewart Martin headed the Army’s, ‘Anti-Cartel Division’. Their job, their mandate: To breakup the international cartels that had funded and backed Nazi Germany. Their efforts were stopped cold. Not by, as Martin so eloquently put it in his work, All Honorable Men, not by any order of the President. Not by any act of Congress. Not by any vote of the people, but by something, someone, some persons operating from outside the government, but also from within. His book was a warning bell, largely ignored.

Those same interests, those ‘honorable’ men, had their representatives dotted on the Warren Commission, the commission investigating the assassination of JFK. And most recently, they had their representatives on the so-called, 9/11 Commission.

One of the earliest groups that I contacted was the Anti-Defamation League, a Jewish civil rights organization with headquarters in New York. Unfortunately, they had the wrong reaction. I heard my own words and ideas being misused and mis-characterized in the media; and I also noticed a trend line. When word starts to get around that someone is taking too close of a look at the past—connecting the dots—when someone starts bringing attention, shining a spotlight down the rabbit hole, there is also a corresponding spike in stories and ‘new documents’ concerning the holocaust, and also new ‘terror alerts’. EVERY TIME, without fail, and without exception. You can set your day planner to it. EXPECT, and I mean EXPECT, a spike in holocaust stories and new ‘terror alerts’. EVERY TIME, without exception. ALSO you can expect a spike in UFO and Big Foot type sightings (SEE: 1933, ‘Loch Ness Monster’ and Hitler).

So what are they—The Family—so concerned about? Maintaining what? What was the buzz word just before the firing of those U.S. Attorneys? Maintaining the STATUS QUO. Yes! Is the light bulb coming on yet? ‘Surge’? ‘Status quo’? Now are you getting it?

As an example, the picture of World War II that they want you to see is: One victim, the Jews; one hero, Great Britain; one victor, the United States; and one villain, Hitler. Hitler called it the ‘Big Lie’—an element of truth surrounded by lies. That is the world you live in today. An element of truth, surrounded by lies, and The Family lies very convincingly.

Through various media outlets and genre, you will begin to see them poking fun at the ‘Matrix’ analogy, as well as others. Yes, the Matrix trilogy is a work of fiction. BUT, what the ‘Matrix’ also does is provide an excellent metaphor for the world in which you live today. That is what art does: Shine a light. What the artist wants you to do in turn is ‘read between the lines’ – ‘connect the dots’, the same thing that I ask my readers to do. Develop the ability to read between the lines, and grasp global concepts. Connect the dots; truth is a journey, a seven-story mountain.

Yes, for those of you who have read my work, ODESSA is the name of a book that was made into a movie. BUT, ODESSA is also the name of a very well documented and historical branch of The Family’s network tree (‘The Survivor Tree’ in Oklahoma City has exactly 3Rs) and I can assure you, very real. The ‘posse comitatus’ or ‘Family & Friends’ (Family), has been written about on the local level before. The L.A. branch of the ‘posse’, in particular, has had several excellent books written, documenting their activity in and around Southern California law enforcement circles (SEE: Detective Mark Fuhrman and O.J.; what was the date of that Bronco chase again? What was the date of the Watergate break-in again?)

In early 2006, while watching the Discovery Channel, I heard a name I recognized from 1992-93, and the whole reason for why Robin Pratt had been targeted, finally fell into place. I contacted CNN, and later other media outlets. I wrote the President, and members of both the House and Senate. I wrote the U.S. Attorney General. I even wrote the F.B.I., although they most certainly knew the truth all along. NOTHING! SILENCE! STATUS QUO! And for the past two years, I have found myself once again trying to shine a light down a very dark and deep rabbit hole. Still waters run deep. Peace of Christ!
